Really good Stay, Central Location and Wonderful Staff

The staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. The location was excellent, offering easy access to many attractions. The included breakfast had a varied selection of items. It catered to different tastes (especially the fresh pastries!).

The room size felt a bit small. Maneuvering around with luggage was a little challenging. Storage space was limited. It made organizing belongings somewhat difficult. I think larger rooms would significantly enhance the overall experience.

The breakfast buffet was well-stocked with a variety of options. I found something new each morning. Fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes were available daily. They ensured a satisfying start. The coffee was also excellent.

The hotel's location is superb. I walked to most major sights with ease. Many shops and restaurants surround the hotel. I explored the area thoroughly. Public transportation is also easily accessible.

The room was clean and well kept. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. The amenities included a minibar and a safe. These added convenience to my stay. The bed was comfortable.

mixed feelings about this stay

pigeon noisedated room

I was a bit let down by a few things. the room faced the back and the view was not pretty. Pigeons were nesting there and they were noisy. breakfast was ok but not a huge spread. Everything i needed was there but nothing extra. also the room seemed a little dated. It could use some updating.

The reception hours were limited. It closed at 7 pm. one evening, i found the front door propped open. Anyone could have walked in. the safe in my room also did not work, so i carried my valuables with me. It was inconvenient.

the hotel location was really central, near many attractions.

i found a few issues. the room was smaller than i anticipated from the photos. also, the lack of 24-hour reception was inconvenient (especially when i needed assistance late at night).
